YETI is our flagship MIS platform designed for providers delivering funded skills and employability programmes. It's suitable for both small providers running a single contract and large organisations managing multiple complex programmes.

IO is our case management CRM designed specifically for NCCIS, NEET, youth support, and careers services. While YETI is optimised for skills and employability programme delivery, IO focuses on community learning, youth and careers case management — including full NCCIS compliance checking and DfE data returns. Both products can work alongside each other depending on your needs.

Our software supports a broad range of funding streams and contracts, including ESFA (AEB, Bootcamps, Multiply), UKSPF, DWP programmes (Restart, Connect to Work, Trailblazers), National Careers Service, Welsh and Scottish Government programmes, and NCCIS/NEET returns. Yes. Both YETI and IO include built-in business rules and real-time data validation that guide users through data entry in line with the relevant funding body rules. This ensures your ILR, NCCIS, and other data returns are accurate and compliant before submission, significantly reducing the time spent correcting errors.

CogniSoft takes data security extremely seriously. We are certified to ISO 27001:2013 standards and hold Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation. Our software includes configurable security groups so that only authorised users can access sensitive data. We work with highly sensitive data — including DWP claimant information and local authority data on vulnerable young people — and our entire operation is built around protecting it.

Yes. Both YETI and IO are fully web-based, meaning you can access and manage your data from any device with an internet connection — desktop, tablet, or mobile — across all modern browsers. There's nothing to install locally.
