Background

Clarion Housing Group is the largest social housing provider in England with sector leading Community Investment provision targeting residents and their local communities.

YETI was procured to support the Love London Working project, a pan-London training and employment initiative led by Clarion in partnership with 15 other housing providers.

The challenge

Love London Working is a European Social Fund (ESF) funded project administered by the Greater London Authority (GLA). Reporting requirements are relatively complex.

Clarion needed a system which supported coordination of information across the partnership to meet ESF reporting requirements, including financial claims. They needed something that worked for all members of their operational team and had flexibility to meet their business needs.

Spreadsheet-based systems had been used in the past with limited success, and the scale of Love London Working exceeded what was feasible to manage in Excel.

They required a database which allowed for multi-source data entry, provided control for them as lead and promoted accuracy in data entry from their Delivery Partners.

The solution

YETI was chosen following an intense and detailed procurement process. CogniSoft’s industry knowledge and experience, together with the company’s successful use of YETI to deliver an in-house programme helping residents back to work, gave confidence that YETI would support advisors in meeting the demands of recording and delivering customer outcomes.

The system was configured to meet Clarion’s requirements, with training delivered so staff were able to take full advantage of the efficiencies the system provides.
